1700 South 2Nd Aparthotel - Waco

The patio area was the best! So peaceful for evening reading. Loved the comfortable living space 😍. But, the inside temp was a bit stuffy at first, and we had to buy a fan for comfort.

We stayed here for weekend, everything was excellent and it was in the good location in the middle of jackson. Location: the hotel was very close to the University and downtown and the outskirts of town.

The bed was comfy, and the room itself was separate.

1700 South 2Nd Aparthotel really impressed me! The modern two-bedroom apartment had a lovely patio area with string lights that created such a cozy vibe for evening reading. The full kitchen was a huge plus. It made breakfast super easy. Beds were very comfortable, perfect for winding down after a long day. The location right on Baylor's campus was quiet yet convenient. A bit frustrating was the inside temperature. It was stuffy at first and took time to cool down since it was set high. A few more coffee supplies would have boosted the mornings. Very enjoyable stay.

Filtered water in fridge, well-appointed units, complimentary snacks upon arrival

The stuffy indoor temperature upon arrival was a major discomfort!!! Access was tricky with a tiny vehicle entrance, leading to significant inconvenience. Plus, parking availability was limited , made things even more stressful!!!

Cozy retreat by Baylor campus

The modern amenities, comfortable beds, and peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio among string lights, reading our books in the refreshing evening air.

The temperature control in the apartment was a bit tricky, as it took time to cool down after we arrived. We were hoping for a more immediate comfort and were unable to fully enjoy those cozy evenings at first.

All fine, but coffee supplies short

I loved the modern two-bedroom apartment at 1700 South 2Nd! The comfortable beds allowed for a lovely night's rest, while the lovely patio area, adorned with string lights, made for good evenings spent reading. Plus, the full kitchen came in handy!

A few more coffee supplies would have been appreciated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment's spacious layout and modern decor made it perfect for our family. Although we appreciated the well-furnished kitchen, having more coffee supplies would have enhanced our mornings. Be sure to bring your basics for a smoother experience.

Family getaway for some quality time

The place seemed like home with a full kitchen where we whipped up breakfast every morning it was really nice to have that option. I loved the cozy patio area in the evenings sitting under the string lights seemed like finding a little piece of paradise.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but it's worth the experience.

This place was a good pick for a quick trip in Waco with extraordinarily good value for money. The full kitchen was great for whipping up a quick breakfast each morning. Bring your own coffee supplies for a more convenient stay.

This accommodation was extremely well-maintained and renovated, offering thoughtful amenities like makeup facecloths and filtered water. the location was conveniently close to attractions like the Magnolia area and spas, with easy parking access. the beds were comfortable and the living space was cozy and quiet, providing a superior alternative to chain hotels.

Our room came with a dining area, a seating area, and a sofa bed for US$ 88. 🛋️
